The Hamlin Zoning Board of Appeals process is as follows:

  • Meetings are the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00 PM starting February 22, 2022.
  • All on site inspections are the Saturday prior to the scheduled meeting beginning after 10:30 AM
  • Deadline for applications is the 1st Tuesday of the month by 12 noon.
  • Deadlines for fees and additions to the agendas are the 1st Monday of the month at NOON
  • Public Hearing fees $75.00
  • PO/HO fees $30.00 plus $75.00 for the Public Hearing
  • Applications for PO/HO and variances are generated by the Building Department and that is the first step in the process in obtaining either of these
  • Notice of Actions, results of the Public Hearings, are mailed within 5 days after the hearing
