The Monroe County Sheriff notified the Town of Hamlin that Steve Woodard, a Level Two sex-offender who had registered as residing at 39 Sandybrook Drive, Hamlin has moved to a Rochester address.
He is no longer registered as residing in the Town of Hamlin.
