Town and County Property Tax

Full Payment Instructions:
January 1st - February 10th

Pay the total amount of tax bill due. Pay cash, or make checks or money orders payable to:

Installment Instructions:

The first installment must be paid by February 10th. If first installment has not been paid by February 10th, the total bill plus interest is due.

February 11th - February 28th: 2nd installment due with 1.5% interest

March 1st - March 31st: 3rd installment due with 3% interest. If 2nd installment was not paid by February 28th, both the 2nd and 3rd installments are due with 3% interest.

March 1st -31st	3%
April 1st - 30th	4.5% *Plus $1 Tax Notice Charge
May 1st - 31st	6% *Plus $1 Tax Notice Charge
After May 31st	Call for total amount due at 428-5290
	Payment must be made directly to: Monroe County Treasurer 39 West Main St. Room B-2 Rochester, NY
