Town and County Property Tax

Full Payment Instructions:
January 1st - February 10th

Pay the total amount of tax bill due. Pay cash, credit; (MasterCard or Visa)** or make checks or money orders payable to:

** Master and Visa will be accepted for payment of Town and County Taxes only in person at the Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours. For more information regarding this way of making payment call 964-2421.

Installment Instructions:

The first installment must be paid by February 10th. If first installment has not been paid by February 10th, the total bill plus interest is due.

February 11th - February 28th: 2nd installment due with 1.5% interest

March 1st - March 31st: 3rd installment due with 3% interest. If 2nd installment was not paid by February 28th, both the 2nd and 3rd installments are due with 3% interest.
