Town of Hamlin Support Boards

The Hamlin Zoning Board of Appeals process is as follows:

• Meetings are the 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30 PM.
• All on site inspections are the Saturday prior to the scheduled meeting beginning after 10:30 AM.
• Deadlines for fees and additions to the agendas are the 1st Monday of the month at NOON.
• Public Hearing fees $75.00.
• PO/HO fees $25.00 plus $50.00 for the Public Hearing.
• Applications for PO/HO and variances are generated by the Building Department and that is the first step in the process in obtaining either of these.
• Notice of Actions, results of the Public Hearings, are mailed within 5 days after the hearing.
