Town of Hamlin Planning Board information is as follows:

• Deadline for additions to the agenda (provided all information is in order) are the third Mondays of the month at NOON.
  
• Town of Hamlin Fees
• Maps must have engineer's signature and fees paid in full prior to signatures for the appropriate Town Officials (Chairman, Highway Superintendent, Building Inspector, Fire Marshal, Attorney etc.).
• Meetings are the 1st Monday of the month (unless noted otherwise) and begin at 7:30 PM.
