Denny is originally from Canal Fulton, Ohio. After a 29-year Naval career, he and his wife Cindy, originally from Chautauqua County, NY, relocated to Hamlin. They have two grown children. Their daughter, Dianna, and her husband David McDowell and sons Benjamin and Thomas reside in Virginia Beach, Va. Their son and daughter-in-law, John & Chrissy, reside in Macedon.

Is it legal? Are the people aware and is it what they want? Does it conform to our master plan? Is it cost effective? Does it make sense?

1. Obtain approval on the Comprehensive Master Plan at our first Town Board Meeting to enable us to begin accomplishing the short-term policies and plan for the mid- to long-term policies.

2. Institute policies and regulations pertaining to Wind Generating Systems in the Town of Hamlin.

3. Develop a community center preliminary concept and a five-year “concept to completion” plan.

4. Develop a plan of action to optimally use the $850,000 MCWA subsidy.

5. Develop a three-year plan for completing a total reevaluation/reassessment.
