REFUND
POLICY
Refunds will be given to anyone canceling from an activity at least
one week (5 working days) prior to the start of the program. There
is no refund for any program once it has begun unless it is cancelled
by the Hamlin Recreation Department or in event of participant illness
or injury. (doctor’s note is required)
SPECIAL
ACCOMMODATIONS
If you are in need of special accommodations due to a disability,
please make us aware of your needs by attaching a detailed note
to your registration form.
IMPORTANT
NOTICE
Hamlin Recreation does not send registration acknowledgments. Please
be sure to mark your calendar for the class meeting time and date.
PLEASE!!!
Do not drop off your child prior to designated class time and be
prompt in picking up your child at the end of the program. For your
child’s safety, please come into the program location to drop off
and pick up your child.
